Shipping policy

**1. General Information**
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

**2. Delivery Locations**
We ship worldwide. However, please note that there may be restrictions on some products for certain international destinations.

**3. Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

**4. Delivery Time**
- **Domestic Orders:** Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
- **International Orders:** Typically, orders are delivered within 10-15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

**5. Shipping Methods**
We offer a variety of shipping methods, which will be listed at checkout. Options typically include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. The cost and delivery time of each method will be displayed at checkout.

**6. Tracking Your Order**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through our carrier's website.

**7. Damaged Items in Transport**
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@dinezy.store 

**8. Lost or Stolen Packages**
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

**9. International Shipping and Customs**
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dinezy.store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
